I'm a grade 11 student from BC, and I absolutely love all things STEM! My favourite subject is math, and as I'm looking towards the future, I hope to be an engineer. As a result, I have joined the Quantum Leaps by SCWIST mentorship program, which is dedicated to pairing high school individuals with a female mentor in order to create a STEM project. 

This lead me to create this blog, as I've struggled for a while in figuring out what I wanted to do. Driven by my love for math and science, I realized in the last few years that engineering was the path that I am interested in pursuing, but I wasn't sure in what stream would be the best fit. Thus, the objective of this blog was established: interview professionals in varying engineering fields in order to understand what exactly they truly do! 

Moreover, these responses given to me by these amazing individuals have helped me understand in depth their daily lives and how they got to where they are now, and I hope that these posts help others as much as they did for me.
